How do I fix error 495 on google play?

For a while now I've been trying to download pubg mobile and every time I have been getting an error message at about 85% saying pubg mobile can't be downloaded and error 495. I looked it up and tried clearing cache and data of Google play store. I've also tried removing and adding my Google account, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling google play updates. How can I download PUBG mobile safely and without error.
