Any Android sound equalizer that supports L/R audio balance?

So I have a slight hearing problems with my right ear, which results in me hearing sound louder in my left ear. I'm looking for an Android -equalizer- ( Not music player) that supports the change of Left and Right audio balance. I've been looking for too long and I've only found one which requires rooting my device! Any other app anyone can tell me of? Much obliged, anyone.
