how to stop image appearing when receiving sms or calls

Hi. I have a Samsung phone: SM-G9001 (Galaxy S5). Lately when receiving an sms or call I see an image appearing on the screen...the images change all the time. I have to try and close the image before answering the call which is a pain. I'm not sure why these images are appearing...I do not have images connected with any of my contacts. Help appreciated.
