I use a Boom Wireless MVNO for my main phone, a HTC One M9. I am looking to buy a Smart Watch that has LTE connectivity, also will be on a MVNO (possibly a GSM provider). The models I am looking at include a Samsung S2 or S3 Frontier or a LG Sport. GPS tracking, notifications from my cell phone and always on internet are things I care about. I don't think any MVNO has the unified number feature where one number is on both the cell phone and watch.
I want to be able to continue to get notifications on my watch from my HTC One, but I also want it to be connected via it's own LTE service. It sounds like Samsung will "push" notifications to the watch via their app. Is that the case? Does the Android Wear app also do this?
