My phone started wanting to use a GMail account when I tried to attach a picture to my text message.

So, today when I tried to send a picture message my phone started asking me to select one of my Gmail accounts. It's never done this before and I just want to know how to fix it. I don't recall doing anything to make it happen, I don't even use those accounts for backing things up. What do I do?
