Nokia 6.1 android 9 pie not opening Recovery

Today i forgot my nokia 6.1 phone's screen lock password, i went to hard the phone..but unfortunately the recovery option was not appearing at all..it just going black while the backlight is in a dimmed position.need a solution..my phone is running on android 9 pie20181129_123210-01.jpeg
