Note 9 Sound Picker Add Songs

I just bought a Note 9. I can't seem to Add downloaded/purchased - I use Amazon Music - songs to my ringtones in Sound Picker. When I click Add1 it doesn't give me an option to Choose a File Or Song. Any suggestions? I couldn't do this in my S9+ so I know it's me. TIA
