Samsung s7 software update now settings icon is missing

hi..... i just did a new software update on my Samsung s7 all of the sudden all of my things don't work pro-pally . i cant select settings as it just goes back to my home screen when i select it from the drop screen and the icon from settings has dissapeared as well any help on this matter
