Why can't I change back to a default ringtone?!

I changed my ringtone to a song for Halloween. I want to change it back to one for the default tones on my phone, but it opens Sound Picker and goes straight to the music I have downloaded onto my phone. I dont want songs for my ringtone. I want a default. No matter what settings I change it wont let me set a default ringtone. It pulls up and let's me select the "shimmer" tone I want but when I select it and click add it goes straight to sound picker to my songs... help! I have a Galaxy Note 8 with AT&T.
