Why did my photos get deleted

My downloaded pictures are still here and my screenshots are too but the pictures and videos that I took are gone ive looked in recently deleted and ive done the whole back up and reset Bull crap ive tryed for hours to get my photos back and I am very upset by the way I have an aristo 2 plus
