When I try to login to Facebook I get a message saying I need to secure my account and when I press next it either says no connection tap to retry or it starts running me through the steps and once I've selected any commerce posts I didn't do and press delete it then comes up with the no connection message. I have cleared cache and data in application manager as pressed force stop and I have also turned off optimize battery usage for it in settings but it is still doing the same. I have a Samsung galaxy core prime. Can anyone help please.
