My Verizon VS415PP LG G3 won't shut off OR reboot.

I think my phone is destined for the recycling bin. It won't shut off unless I pull the battery, and it won't reboot past the LG Logo. I've tried regular rebooting, safe-boots, and factory resets all to no avail. This phone has had limited use but is of course now a half year beyond the 1 year initial warranty. I know, I'm screwed. Tom.
