Problem with Verizon visual voice mail

I can get visual voice mail on my galaxy s4 I have tried all the recommended fixes turned off WiFi and power save I have cleared cache and data and rebooted the phone and removed and reinsert ed Sim card all I get is updating profile wait 5 minutes before launching voice mail and then nothing it stays that way
