Wifi is connected, but no internet connection after android 6.0.1 update Z3

After I updated my Sony Z3 to android marshmallow 6.0.1 the wifi is connected, but the internett is not working.
3G works fine on the phone
The Wifi is working on other devices.

I have tryed to forget and reconnect the wifi on my phone
I have tryed to power on/off the router
I have tryed to reset all network settings on the phone
I have tryed to power on/off the phone

Any solution or tips o this problem?
