HELP! Accidentally formatted my Samsung S7 internal memory

I accidentally formatted the internal memory of my Samsung S7 and now I want to recover my photos and videos. I'm not sure if my photos and videos were backed up on Google Photos. What's left are only a portion of my total photos/videos which is stored on my Samsung Cloud. Is there any way to recover all my photos and videos before it was formatted? And I wouldn't also want my phone to be rooted if possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Sorry for my english.
