my cosmos cherry mobile phone keeps turning on and off and the screen is black

my phone got wet by my food, and then after I blower my phone then put it in a jar full of uncooked rice, after, I turned it on but the screen is black and it keeps turning off just after it turns on. what should I do? I don't want to buy a new phone.
