Pokemon Go does not work.

Pokemon go not working. After fireworks screen goes to a white scollable screen with nothing in it. There is a green background around the white part and there is pokemon go logo at the top. Does not bypass this screen. I've updated the app to 0.57.3, uni stalled and reustalled and even hard boot my phone. Nothing works. I am using a Samsung Note 3 with 5.0 Lollipop. Thanks.
