I have been asking Samsung, the Mobile Carriers on why I can't get an Update past the June 2018 on my Samsung S9+. I can't get into my company email due to Enterprise Security Policy... I have done multiple and various factory reset, etc. and still no updates. I have tried SmartSwitch (no updates) and just can't get the phone updated.

Any clue why this phone can't get updates from that date on?
