Hi I'm kind of having a problem with my Samsung galaxy s3

Like say when I power it on it's just completely black, the LED light is working and the bottom lights are working too... also when I try using it once it's on there's this green screen that flickers really fast and then it goes back to black...
PLEASE HELP!!!😖IM REALLY FRUSTRATED😭.
