Samsung S8 not connecting to audio in Infiniti Q50...why?

My Sansung S8 will connect through the phone bluetooth, but will not connect through audio bluetooth in my Infiniti Q50 (2015). Infiniti bluetooth support cannot figure this out...any ideas?My son's Iphone 8 plus connects, uses phone and audio too.
