I can't log into my phone, it is frozen. I have insurance so I'm sending it in and assume they will send me a new one. Since it is froze, I can't do a factory reset or anything with it. Do I need to change the password on all my apps? I do have a numeric passcode on the phone itself. I'm asking because I'm assuming when they get the phone they may be able to unfreeze it and would then have access to the info in all my apps which are all logged into.
