Why does my note 9 phone screen keep twitching and moving on its own? As if its scrolling..

for example when im on the Snapchat app ill be in a chat and all of a sudden my phone will twitch back to the main camera page when you first open the Snapchat app. Also while im typing in the messages app sometimes my phone will drop the keyboard down and then i have to click the text box for it to come up again. Any help would be nice Because its very annoying.
