Can i fully install an official android OS onto my Vivo X5? How do i install it?

I HATE the bloatware and the useless "widgets" on my new Android device. Just switched from and Apple device but the only thing that concerns me with android devices for so long is the bloody bloatware. If nobody can help ill be heading back to iOS for sure. Any instructional links would help.
