How can I get pictures and music to my phone from my computer

I have a BLU Studio M HD that I just bought. I am trying to get my music and pics off my computer and to my phone it reads it and puts in the F Drive but it doesnt branch out to be able to put any files. I click on it and it says it's incompatible. What driver do I have to download or what do I have to do on my computer to make it work. Anything will help Thanks
