I have ads popping up on my phone how do i remove them?

On my Samsung s7 edge I have random ads popping out on youtube videos, on games, on th web, or on any other application. They come in format of a small add, video, or full screen. It does say opt out some times but other times it doesn't. These ads pause my videos on youtube for a couple seconds then displays it which it extremely annoying and all in all stops me from doing whatever task I was trying to complete. Please help me I havn't found any solution on internet
