Is there a way to adjust the video recording volume on my Droid Turbo 2?

Whenever I'm near any loud sound, it comes through distorted when I'm recording video. This ranges from a concert, to music playing in my car, to even my TV volume. With the Original Droid Turbo, I could be at a concert and the sound would come through crystal clear.
