On my Moto E2 phone, media files are not getting stored. can any one help..

Actually, i have formatted sd card. From then onwards, the media files are not getting stored neither on internal storage nor sd card.
And if i open any of the media file, it displays a msg that "can't download because no internal storage is available. Please unmount it as a disk drive and try again."

Can anyone help to sort out this problem..
