Unable to change screen overlay setting on my Samsung A5 phone after doing "reset app preferences"

I was getting screen overlay error message , i was unable to change permission for few apps so i did reset app preferences. After this under "apps that can appear on top" option few of my apps are gone and still got stuck with screen overlay error .

Anybody please help resolving this.
