Why my SM-T705 will auto-off very frequently after updating to Android 6?

My SM-T705 get its android 6 update recently but have problem, it will auto off very frequently. When using halfway or just place it there it will auto off and on the phone. Sometimes 4-5 times a day. This problem does not happen before, only after the update. The others run well. How can I solve it?
