Does anyone's phone sound like a rattlesnake when it is just lying on a table or being charged?

My phone will sizzle or sound like a rattle snake, or the fizz sound seeping from a soft drink bottle when you are trying to sneak and open one. Phone is not warm to the touch and it seems to operate just fine. Can't pin point what I may have done during the time previous to it making the sound. The noise is definitely noticeable- someone walking past my desk today heard it and stopped to find out what the noise was. It usually last about 2 or 3 seconds.
