FULL SCREEN ADS POP ON MY TABLET PLZ HELP ME I CAnnot do anything

Plz help me .I observed it only comes when my wi-fi is on.and when I tap it first Chinese language box appears on near to home button and downloads it does not appear on notification when finished it shows permission to download .I am finding a solution for atleast 1 year plz help me
