My phone calls 911 spontaneously.

The first time, it was in my purse and I only knew because emergency services called me back. This morning while I was sound asleep, it did it again. This time it was laying flat on my nightstand and was dark. What a way to wake up! No one or anything touched it. That is twice in 24 hrs. I have never called 911 before. I am not using lock screen, I have no emergency icons anywhere. It is not in emergency mode. It is a Samsung s5. Needless to say, I have to make sure this doesn't happen again. Anyone have aNY idea what is happening?
