Can I remove the "call" button on my messages lock screen notification on my Galaxy S8?

I use "mark as read" and "reply" buttons on the text messages that appear as a pop up on the screen when I am in another app but I am now I noticed a new "call" button right where my thumb normally is on the screen and I keep on accidentally calling people when I open the text to read. I just updated to Oreo last week and I think that's when the change happened. Is there any way to remove the call feature?
