Clone App Multiple Times?

I want to have 3 different instances of the app Slidejoy installed on my phone. I previously used an app called App Cloner to get 2 different instances of the app installed, but the free version can't make more than one clone per app and I can't afford to purchase the pro version.

Can anyone please help me find a relatively easy way to accomplish this task?
