How do you fix a frozen screen?

Hi. My honor 6A screen is frozen. I opened snap chat and it froze. Nothing is working, not even the button to turn it off. I've only had the phone for a week. I tried to charge it but it didn't respond and I tried to call it and it went straight to voicemail
