Samsung galaxy s4 zoom motherboard swap questions

I have a samsung galaxy s4 zoom with a dead motherboard and i was thinking about repairing it. I found a used motherboard on aliexpress for about 20$ but before i buy it i want to ask a few questions. 1) If i change the motherboard will i have to install an android version right after the swap? 2)If the new motherboard is from a used locked phone it will be locked even on my phone? 3)If the new motherboard is from a country that have different gsm provider's 3g bands than my country, will it work on my gsm provider?
