I had a Samsung 3G phone on son's T-Mobile Account. In my area, there is no T-Mobile and the phone connects to I-
Wireless. As of last September, the phone would not connect to 5 of my 15 contacts. The call would just go to
disconnected with the contact phone not ringing. All 5 contacts are on the same Verizon family plan. After
contacting Verizon, T-mobile and I-Wireless, nothing was resolved. I could message them, they could call me, they
could message me. I switched phones to an iPhone 5 in February. Worked fine for 3 weeks. Now it is not working for
the same 5 contacts. I cannot call them, but I can Facetime audio them. Any reason why?
