The notification bar won't pull down!!! I had reset it few times even updates the system but it's still same... It's happen on smartphone Oppo N3, i try using a drawing apps to check if the top screen had a digitizer problem... and it's true! The top of the phone can't touched.. But sometimes i can pull down the notification bars.... i stuck if there are hardware or software problem...
