Why my battery stuck on 1-2% when it's charge overnight?

My battery dies day by day. There was a day were it can turn off at 34-30 %. And now the light which is usually on, now flash and go off. And this repeat nonstop while the charge is plugged in. I typically charge it overnight and use my phone really often. My phone is HTC Desire 820
