Why my samsung galaxy s5 camera dont works?

Hello I would like to know what I have to do to my samsung galaxy s5 camera start working? When I try to open the camera appears " Camera failed" I have already checked on the Internet and did all steps that the people on the Internet report, including hard format but my camera still not working. So what is supposed to do for camera start working?
