My phone has drained to 0% and now it wont turn on. Whenever I try to charge my phone without its battery, it shows the battery frame with a question mark but when I put the battery in, it goes away. I've tried pressing the power button yet it doesn't show the battery progress. Anyone know a solution to this problem?
