Is it possible to delete a single photo from google taken with my pixel?

Someone tracking my phone shows I had a photo that I shouldn't have had (according to my wife). I have no knowledge of said photo and downloaded my archive from Google. The photo was not there. Would it have been possible for me to delete one specific photo from googles srever and have it not show in my requested archive download?
