Orange Pop Up on android phone

Once you are on the phone - watching Netflix, using WhatsApp, making a call or receiving one an orange screen appears. You are not able to see anything and have to wait for couple minutes for it to go away or after a minute try to get rid of it by playing around with the phone, like turning it off and on, swipe out of the app you are in or swipe out from the desktop to the app folder back and forth till it is gone. But when you do that, it is not gone for too long. It comes back soon after.:(
