How can Reverse Galaxy 7 Update? HATE THE ICONS AND BACKGROUND! How can I reverse back??

The background makes everything harder to read, and my custom background theme is gone. The icons look hokey and small. Is there a way to reverse the update? I have looked through setting to see if I could change the background and icons and there is nothing that I could find to do it. Even my text messages are not on the same background that I had before.
