How can I make someone stop coming up as my first option?

Every time I take a screenshot and attempt to share it, one person consistently comes up as my first share option. When I contacted Samsung, they said the first options should be the apps and people with whom I have most recently used. That is rarely the case. It is almost always this one individual who is no longer in my contacts list and with whom I have had no contact for more than a year. She was very abusive and I want her name to stop appearing. Is there a way to have her name stop popping up every single day when I attempt to share a screenshot?
