How do i perform a frp bypass on a zte overture 3, model z851m, 7.1.1 nouget

Hello I performed a hard reset on my zte phone and now it's frp locked and I can't remember the email account. I tried downloading test dpc 3.0.11 and nothing works it tells me that the phone is frp locked and to contact your IT department.
