Why is there pop ups on my phone ?

Everytime i go on my phone theres 3 pop ups one is like a phone cleaner and it say clean phone but if i click it,it goes of and then straight after that theres a pop up that has nothing on it what so ever so i click of that then theres this thing thats called com.shutdownlistener and it keeps asking me to download it but it has access to like the whole phone please help
