Is there a way I can get all my music song files on another phone from my SD card without a computer

Is there a way I can get all my music song files on another phone from my SD card without a computer? I'm looking for something that will successfully download my entire music connection to another phone I have almost 1900 songs. I prefer to play my song files instead of streaming. I'm looking at putting them on the next Google pixel phone which may not have a SD slot.
