My mother's phone has 16 gb of data. It's currently at 15.95... Being more tech savvy than her, I've deleted apps she doesn't use, cleared her entire cache, and shes moved the majority of her photos and videos off of her phone onto her computer. She's deleted her entire text history. After all of this, we check her storage space and it has gone up, rather than down... We are stumped. Any suggestions?
