Using Helium Backup (Premium) to back up to my SD Card (no USB port)

Hello, I have a problem. The USB/charger port on my Samsung Note 4 is broken (currently I switch batteries to keep running). I'd like to do a full backup to the cloud or a SD card before attempting to install a new USB port, but I can't get anywhere with Helium (Premium) without connecting to my Mac first, apparently. Is there any way round that? I've emailed Helium but so far got no reply.
